Instructions
Making the Pom-Poms

Adding Features
- Cut out felt features for the kittens and glue them onto the pom-poms along with the plastic eyes.
- Allow an adult to assist with hot glue, as it can be hazardous.
Assembling the Garland
- Cut the string to the desired length and thread the pom-poms onto the string.
- Secure the ends to finish the garland, adjusting the placement of pom-poms as desired.
