- 1 container white acrylic paint For the base coat

Preparation
- Start by painting the mason jar white and let it dry completely. This gives a lovely base for your kitten’s face.
- Once dry, wrap the rainbow yarn around the lower half of the jar, ensuring it is evenly spaced.
- Cut out two kitten ears from the clear pink felt and a tiny bow from the clear blue felt, then attach these to the jar with glue.
- Use the black paint marker to draw on eyes, a nose, and whiskers, then add the googly eyes for a cute expression.
- Finally, fill your jar with colorful pencils.

Tips & Notes:
Sometimes, paint may appear streaky or uneven after drying. For a better finish, apply a second coat once the first one has dried. If the yarn slips, simply reapply glue or adjust it while the glue is still tacky. Kids can help with this project, but supervision may be required when using the paint marker.
