Materials

Craft Materials

  • 1 pack Cupcake liners in various colors Choose vibrant colors for a whimsical look.
  • 1 piece Wire wreath frame The base for attaching the cupcake liners.
  • 1 bottle White craft glue or hot glue gun Use for attaching cupcake liners.
  • 1 pair Scissors For cutting out faces from black paper or felt.
  • 1 sheet Black paper or felt For creating ghost faces.
  • as needed Glitter, ribbon, and other embellishments Optional decorations for added flair.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Flatten the cupcake liners by gently pressing them with your fingers.

Attaching Liner

  • Begin at the outer edge of the wire wreath frame.
  • Apply glue to the underside of a cupcake liner and attach it to the frame.
  • Continue adding liners around the frame, alternating colors.

Creating Ghost Faces

  • Cut out small eyes and mouths from black paper or felt.
  • Glue these onto white cupcake liners for a spooky effect.

Adding Layers

  • Once the outer layer is complete, move to the inner part of the frame and repeat the gluing process.
  • Stagger the colors for a layered look.

Finishing Touches

  • Fill any gaps or bare spots with additional cupcake liners.
  • Add glitter or ribbons for decoration if desired.
