Materials for Rainbow Crystal Charm
- 2 tablespoons Borax Essential for crystal formation.
- 1 cup Hot water
- 3 pieces Pipe cleaners For shaping the design.
- 1 piece String For hanging the charm.
- 1 piece Stick or pencil To hold the string in place.
- 1 piece Glass or jar To hold the solution.
- few drops Food coloring (optional) To add color to the crystals.
Instructions
Prepare the Charm
- Bend the pipe cleaners into fun worm shapes or any design you like.
- Mix two tablespoons of Borax with one cup of hot water in a glass until dissolved.
- If desired, add a few drops of food coloring to the solution and stir gently.
- Attach a string to the worm shape and suspend it in the Borax solution.
- Leave the setup undisturbed for at least 6-8 hours.
- Once satisfied with the crystal growth, remove the charm from the solution and rinse it under cool water.
- Place it on a paper towel to dry completely.
