Materials for Suncatcher

  • 1 sheet Clear contact paper For sealing the suncatcher.
  • 1 sheet Orange tissue paper Use vibrant orange for the pumpkin.
  • 1 sheet Rainbow tissue paper Adds colorful depth.
  • 1 sheet Clear pink cellophane
  • 1 sheet Clear blue cellophane
  • 1 sheet Black cardstock Cut into a pumpkin shape.
  • 1 sheet Green paper For the leaf and curly stem.
  • 1 piece Ribbon To hang the suncatcher.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cut a large pumpkin frame from black cardstock with smooth edges.
  • Fill the pumpkin shape with vibrant pieces of orange tissue, rainbow tissue, clear pink, and clear blue cellophane, layering them creatively.
  • Cut out a cute black kitten silhouette and position it over the pumpkin.
  • Cut a leaf and curly stem from the green paper and position them at the top of the pumpkin.
  • Seal all pieces together using clear contact paper and use a ribbon to hang it in a sunny window.
