Materials

  • 1 cup Warm water
  • as needed String or twine For hanging the bells.
  • as needed Molds Silicone molds work beautifully.
  • a few drops Food coloring Optional, for added beauty.
  • 1 pair Gloves To keep hands clean.
  • 1 Gentle stirring stick or spoon For mixing.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Clear a flat workspace for crafting and lay out your materials.
  • Put on gloves to keep everything tidy.

Mixing

  • In a bowl, combine the crystal powder and warm water to create a thick paste.
  • Stir gently until the mixture is smooth without being runny.
  • Add food coloring if desired and stir slowly to avoid bubbles.

Molding

  • Carefully spoon the mixture into molds, pressing firmly to eliminate air pockets.
  • Insert the string in the center of each mold as a hanger before it sets.

Setting

  • Leave the filled molds in a warm, dry place for 24 hours to allow the crystals to form.
  • Once set, gently pull the bells from the molds.
  • Trim any rough edges as necessary.
