  • 1 pack Coffee filters Standard white coffee filters.
  • 5 pieces Washable markers Use bright colors for best results.
  • 1 bottle Spray bottle Filled with water.
  • 1 roll Ribbon or yarn For jellyfish tentacles.
  • 5 pieces Googly eyes For decoration.
  • 1 tube Glue To attach eyes and tentacles.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all materials and prepare a clean, protected work surface.
  • Color the coffee filters with markers, then mist them with water, and let them dry.
  • Fold one filter into a dome shape, color side out, for the top of your jellyfish.
  • Glue long ribbon or yarn strands underneath as tentacles and add googly eyes.

Tips & Notes:

If colors don’t spread well, ensure sufficient water is sprayed on the filters and use brighter markers. Store completed jellyfish flat in a box to avoid damage.
