Materials

Craft Supplies

1 piece Paper plate
18 pieces Rainbow and pastel cupcake liners
1 piece Black cardstock
1 piece Clear pink paper
1 piece Clear blue paper
1 package Googly eyes
1 bottle Glue Ensure to have a strong adhesive
1 piece Ribbon Rainbow ribbon preferred for hanging

Instructions

Crafting Steps

Cut the center out of the paper plate to form the ring.
Fold cupcake liners slightly and glue them around the edge of the paper plate ring.
Create small kitten faces using black cardstock with pink ears and blue bows.
Tuck the kitten faces between the folded cupcake liners.
Use the rainbow ribbon to create a hanging loop at the top of the wreath.
