- Prepare your base by cutting the cardboard into the shape of butterfly wings. Ensure they are large enough for color layering.
- Apply the primer using a paintbrush to cover the wings. This helps the colored glue adhere better.
- In separate containers, mix clear glue with colored glues and a sprinkle of glitter to create a sparkling mixture.
- Starting from the edge of the wings, layer the colored glue mixture, overlapping colors naturally.
- Sprinkle additional glitter on top of the wet glue for extra sparkle.
- Allow your wings to dry completely in a warm, dry place. This can take several hours.
- For final touches, use a fine brush to add more detail or a second layer of glitter if desired.

Tips & Notes:
To avoid tacky glue, place the wings in a cooler area if they don’t dry properly. If colors bleed, ensure glue layers are not too thick.
