- 1 sheet Clear blue cellophane

Preparation
- Cut the center from the paper plate to create a ring that serves as the base of your wreath.
- Use black cardstock to sketch and cut out several bat shapes to create frames.
- Fill the bat frames with pieces of clear blue, clear pink cellophane, and rainbow tissue paper. Use clear contact paper to secure the pieces within the frames, sealing them with another piece of contact paper.
- Attach googly eyes to your bat frames and consider adding smiling faces for personality.
- Arrange the bats around the outer edge of the paper plate and secure them with tape or glue. Tie colorful ribbons around the wreath for decoration.
